Another Dream

Same sort of thing.

This time I was parking right near the beginning of a bridge. I got out, put the club on, paid my meter and THEN noticed that I was too far past the designated parking spot. So back in the car, reverse, put on the club (I don't even own a club), get out and THEN notice that there was no parking allowed because of the event that was taking place (which is why I was parking in the first place, I assume). So back in the car and continue to look for parking, rinse repeat. This went on for hours, or so it felt. I finally woke up and realized it was all a dream. Relief.

It was the same feeling though, never being able to complete my goal. Always running late, always in a panic to get somewhere. Confused.

Have a good weekend peeps. This could be my last weekend to sleep in for oh say 10-12 years... I have no idea. Any day now...

Dude

The key is for your wife to be more worried about the kids then you are!

I slept better after the kid was born then before. Wife being lighter meant she didn't shake the bed so hard as she got up to go to bathroom and she would wake up to the slightest whimper after kid was born and I slept through night.

It took 1 month before wife realized she was so exhausted that she should go upstairs to sleep in evening when I got home from work.

It took another 3 weeks before she would stop shouting down the stairs to see if kid was okay.

Just get used to the angry buzzing noise in your head from lack of sleep.

And enjoy those 2am feedings. Yes, they will sap every ounce energy you have from going into work with 3 hours of sleep, but its something to look back on.
