WPBT Event #9

I played in this event last night as I continue to support this event and all it has become. It seems as though the bloggers have decided that they would rather do something else with there time. I am not sure if it is the cost ($24) or if it is the lack of interest that makes other people, well, uninterested. Of course, there is always the core group of 4-5 that show up and the odd newbie. Congrats to the Gnome for taking it down. I took third place for a huge $46.20 payout. Funny thing is, I risked 25% of my roll to win it. Nothing special to report regarding hand history, although I'll probably go through it just for kicks and post anything that I might be unclear on.

MattahFahtu is starting up a new tournament in October. It's mostly geared for the West Coast types as it gets started a bit too late for those early risers in the east. Check it out.

I'm in the process of selling our apartment and buying a new place so I am not sure how much blogging I will be doing in the near future. I'll be around though, so feel free to check in and I'll be doing the same in your neck of the woods.
